This is the first time we’ve seen Yubel since she fused with Judai at over twenty episodes ago. You would think since we haven’t seen her for so long that her consciousness was absorbed by Judai but despite having fused with him she’s still her own self with her own free will.

Not only that, but this is the first onscreen conversation Judai’s had with Yubel since their duel. Is this the first time he’s spoken to her since then? If so, it’s cool that they’re down to business and focused on the current duel at hand.

They missed out on so much potential, wonderful sass between these two T-T
Why couldn’t Yubel have been there for the entire season??
